What do I need to prepare?

  • Buyer's personal details (e-mail, telephone, address).
  • Landroid model number (you can find this on the box, in the manual, or in the mobile app).
  • Landroid Serial Number (you can find it under the rear cover).
  • VAT invoice number or receipt number with the date and place of purchase.
